As part of its energy transition, TotalEnergies has expanded its range of energy products to include electricity and gas and wants its customers in France to benefit from this multi-energy strategy. This is why TotalEnergies is launching a unique offer that gives its Electricity & Gas customers an additional advantage on fuels. Thus, from September 2, all TotalEnergies Electricity & Gas individual customers in France will benefit from a ceiling price of €1.94/Litre instead of €1.99/Litre for all fuels at stations .
With this new sustainable and innovative commercial offer, TotalEnergies is acting directly for the purchasing power of its customers, taking advantage of being the only major energy company to be present in all the energies of the daily life of the French: electricity & gas at home but also fuels & electricity for their cars.
As of August 26, this ceiling of €1.94/Litre concerns more than 1,000 TotalEnergies stations out of 3,300, the majority of which are located in rural areas and on highways, where fuel supply costs are higher for logistical and operating reasons.
For all its other customers, TotalEnergies maintains its commitment to a ceiling price of €1.99/L in all of its 3,300 service stations throughout the country.

To benefit from this guarantee, our 4 million Electricity & Gas customers simply need to present their TotalEnergies “Club card” at the service station and the ceiling of €1.94/l will be immediately applied to their receipt: 1. If they already have the “Club card” , they will simply need to update their TotalEnergies Electricité & Gaz mobile application from September 2 and activate the “fuel advantage” which will appear directly in the app. 2. If they do not yet have the “Club card” , they can obtain it free of charge from their TotalEnergies Electricité & Gaz mobile application, after updating, and it will be sent to them immediately electronically (the electronic version will be sufficient to benefit from the guarantee) and within 8 days by post. This unique offer is of course valid for all new TotalEnergies Electricity & Gas individual customers . To do this, they simply need to subscribe on the website www.totalenergies.fr or call 3099 to become a TotalEnergies Electricity & Gas customer, request their free "TotalEnergies Club card" and thus benefit from the price capped at €1.94/L on all fuels at the station. |
