PCC (Peiyang Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd.) is a state-owned enterprise that was established in 1993. Tianjin University, originally called Peiyang University, was founded in 1895 and was the first university in China. It has been a pioneer in education, and in 1952, the new government restructured all chemical engineering majors to Tianjin University. Since 1956, the Chemical Engineering School has consistently ranked as the top in China and among the top five globally since 2010. We have 305 professors, 10 national key laboratories, and over 1,500 patents. In the area of C1 technology, more than 60% of gas plants utilize our technology.
PCCS Production Base
The PCC production base is located in the Jinghai Economic & Development Zone in Tianjin, China, covering an area of 200 acres, including a construction area of 145,064㎡. The entire factory is divided into an office building, a column internals workshop, a skid production workshop, a reassembly workshop, a laboratory building, and pilot plant areas.
Our advanced distillation laboratories conduct experiments to provide technical data for engineering design. PCC has a 12x12m hydraulic experimental platform, which can perform hydraulic tests for liquid distributors below a diameter of 12m, ensuring the performance of liquid distributors for large towers. These laboratories and experimental devices offer a reliable guarantee for research and development as well as design.
PCCS Quality Control
PCC has a comprehensive procurement and inspection system for raw materials, with strict inspections conducted for each batch. We test the performance and material composition in a professional physicochemical laboratory to ensure quality and consistency.
We set high standards for each stage of production, most of which are even stricter than industry standards. These standards outline the production requirements, quality classifications, test procedures, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of products. Each stage complies with international standards.
With rigorous quality control measures in place, we have successfully passed inspections from international testing organizations such as SGS, TUV, and BV, and have delivered reliable modular refineries, gas processing plants, and other chemical equipment to our clients.
PCCS Research & Development
PCC places great importance on technology development and reserves, and has invested in the construction of two internationally advanced distillation laboratories. These laboratories and experimental devices provide a reliable guarantee for research, development, and design.
PCCS utilizes advanced chemical simulation software and workstations, such as ASPEN, PROП, HTRI, FRI DPR, CFD, and SW6, to simulate chemical processes, feed balances, and equipment process calculations.
